The Westport office of Prudential Connecticut Realty is thrilled to announce the affiliation of Claudia and Alex Tergis. Claudia was born in Germany and later lived in Mexico City, before moving to the United States. She is multi-lingual, including being fluent in German, and Spanish. She feels that being exposed to many different cultures, gives her the ability to zero in on the needs of her clients getting acclimated to a new environment. She is actively involved in her daughter’s schools as well as Isadora’s Children dance studio in Westport.  She enjoys horseback riding and ballet, using her language skills, and learning about other languages and cultures.  Educated in Anthropology, Languages & Cultures, and Early Childhood Education, Claudia puts all these skills to work for her clients in making educated real estate decisions.  Claudia began her real estate career in 2002 and as stated by Claudia, “Her mission is to help her clients make the best real estate decisions possible regardless of the market conditions.” “Claudia is a superb addition to our team,” commented Melissa Riley, Manager, “She loves focusing on buyers and making sure they have all of the resources they need for making sound buying decisions.” Claudia specializes in Stamford, Darien, Norwalk, Westport and Weston. Alex Tergis

Alex Tergis was born and raised in New York City where he became a Civil Engineer. Alex works in conjunction with Claudia to form a powerful real estate team. Alex has been a licensed Realtor since 2005, and personally appreciates the variety of benefits that both city life and town life have to offer. That is why both Claudia and Alex feel very passionate about what Fairfield County has to offer. “Alex feels it’s important to listen to the needs of his clients,” added Melissa Riley, Manager, “He quickly narrows down the search of the client to best fit their criteria.”
